 Pastry Chef Rose Deneen demonstrates how to create desserts with fresh or canned pumpkin. Learn how to roast a sugar pumpkin and puree the pumpkin to use in Pumpkin Apple Pancakes, Pumpkin Bread Pudding and a Pumpkin Maple Mousse Trifle. Samples and recipe handouts provided. Chef Rose also introduces her new cookbook “Baking with Vegetables,” which will be available to purchase. Registration required.
